Creator Program Guide
How the youth e-moto creator program works — eligibility, application, and portal rules
This long-form guide is for creators considering a CEMOTO / CEMOTORIDE collaboration. It lives only on the Influencer Hub (creators.cemotoride.com), not on the public Shopify store. It explains who we look for, how to apply, what may happen after approval, and what we generally do not offer on first contact.
1. What this program is
CEMOTORIDE (branded CEMOTO) designs youth and family off-road electric motos. We work with creators who already make ride, unboxing, review, and parent-and-kid trail content — people whose audience cares about mini e-motos, not only generic lifestyle.
The CEMOTO Influencer Hub is the creator portal for this program. After you register and are reviewed, you may be able to apply for a sample bike, sign an in-app agreement, complete content tasks, join affiliate tracking, and apply for livestream rewards. Everything is coordinated through this site plus WhatsApp or email from our operations team.
This is a collaboration program, not an open giveaway. Approval, sample bikes, paid work, and shipping are decided case by case. Registering creates an account so we can review you; it does not mean you are in the program yet.
What the Influencer Hub is for
- Creator self-registration and a profile we can actually review (platforms, handles, links, country, niche, WhatsApp).
- Sample-bike applications, in-app agreement signing, and shipping / order status after approval.
- Content tasks and proof submission, plus affiliate enrollment when a sample path is approved.
- Livestream reward applications and a place for ops to follow up without putting internal criteria on cemotoride.com.
2. Hub contracts
Hub invites are Agreement A or Agreement B only. Ops sends one invite after review. You cannot self-select a contract. Reading this page or registering does not promise a bike. Pure affiliate creators join 联盟运营 outside this Hub — there is no affiliate-only Hub contract.
A · Product seeding (gift after tasks)
Agreement A: Brand may ship one sample vehicle. Shipment is conditional possession only. Title transfers only after every Exhibit A task is completed and Brand-approved in writing.
- One bike model on the invite. You choose whether you accept an unboxing / sample unit when you sign.
- Exhibit A is the invite task table (number, time, title, notes). Those rows become your tasks when you sign.
- You sign the English contract in the portal. The creator view does not show the Chinese对照 text.
B · Discounted purchase
Agreement B: you buy the designated vehicle at a subsidized price. Ops puts the promotional / affiliate code on the invite. Refund is Track 1 OR Track 2. If neither is met, the purchase is final.
- Track 1: six Brand-approved videos within 45 days of delivery → 100% refund of the discounted price.
- Track 2: ten verified unit sales via the link/code within 60 days from the effective date → 100% refund plus commission.
- You do not have to complete both tracks. Meeting either one qualifies.
- If neither track is met, no refund is due.
- The promo code is required on the invite. It is not issued just because you registered.
Program rules (all types)
These apply unless a signed B/C/D annex is stricter. They are not a substitute for the contract you sign.
- Verifiable views: public links ops can open; screenshots of views/insights if asked; no fake counts.
- Minimum length: about 15 seconds or more for short video unless a task says otherwise; the bike must be recognizable.
- Required tags: Brand handle and hashtags listed on the task (typically @cemotoride, #CEMOTO, #CEMOTORIDE).
- Optional challenge tier: some campaigns may invite about 3% engagement. Extra only — not required for the C gift after the required 6 videos are accepted.
- Youth riding safety: adult supervision, helmets as appropriate, no dangerous kid demos or fake street-legal claims.
- Content license: Brand may use accepted C pieces in ads (non-exclusive, credit where practical). Exclusive buyouts need an addendum.
- Anti-fraud: no bots, bought views, cookie tricks, or selling a bike before C gift/title.
3. Who this program is for
We look for creators whose content already overlaps youth / family off-road electric moto. You do not need to be a CEMOTO rider today. You do need a real audience that watches ride-product content — not only fashion, comedy, or unrelated lifestyle.
Niches that usually fit
- Youth and family off-road electric moto — mini bikes, kids’ e-moto, parent-supervised trail rides.
- Kids ride content: first rides, skill progress, family outdoor days (safe, age-appropriate filming).
- Product review and comparison in the youth / entry e-moto space.
- Unboxing, assembly, charging, and “what’s in the box” videos for ride products.
- Trail / ride vlogs, backyard tracks, campsite rides, and family adventure channels.
- Parent creators and family accounts where the child is a rider and an adult is clearly supervising on camera.
Geography
We are open to creators in regions where we can ship, support, and legally collaborate. Country fit is reviewed case by case (import rules, shipping cost, language, and whether we have a local path). We do not publish a closed “only these countries” list here; if your profile lists a real country, ops will tell you if we can proceed.
Languages
This Hub is bilingual (English / 中文). You can create content in the language your audience actually uses. Ops follow-up is typically WhatsApp or email in English or Chinese, depending on the teammate and your preference.
Usually a weaker starting point
- Pure lifestyle, fashion, or comedy accounts with no ride or outdoor-product history.
- Dealer / shop pages that only want wholesale pricing (see FAQ — retail/dealer inquiries are a different path).
- Brand-new accounts with no public posts we can review.
4. Fit signals (what we actually look at)
“Fit” is about whether your existing content would make a CEMOTO youth e-moto collaboration look natural. We would rather see a smaller, relevant audience than a large audience that never watches ride products.
Stronger signals
- You already post youth mini e-moto, kids off-road electric bikes, or family trail rides.
- Your recent content overlaps peer youth e-moto brands (examples we often see: Yozma, Valtinsu, LIFEMAGIC, Tuttio — this list is illustrative, not exclusive, and not an endorsement ranking).
- Viewers comment about models, battery, size, or “is this OK for my kid?” — product-intent comments, not only music/duet noise.
- You can film rides safely and, ideally, go live (TikTok LIVE or similar) to talk through a bike.
- Handles and profile links are public and match what you enter in the Hub.
Weaker on their own
- Only adult mid/high-power dirt-moto content (Sur-Ron, Talaria, E-Ride Pro, and similar) with no youth / family / mini-bike crossover.
- Generic “moto lifestyle” or street fashion with no product-in-hand ride footage.
- A one-off powered-ride clip among unrelated content.
- Private accounts, broken links, or follower counts we cannot verify.
Platform preference
You can list more than one network. We still have a preference order because most of our creator workflows (short video + LIVE) start on TikTok.
- TikTok — preferred. Livestream capability is a plus (not a hard requirement).
- Instagram — welcome, especially Reels and a public grid we can review.
- YouTube — welcome for longer reviews, unboxings, and ride vlogs.
5. Eligibility & review (candid, Hub-only)
We review every complete profile case by case. There is no public auto-approve threshold. Registration is required so we have a durable record; registration is not approval.
What reviewers typically look at
- Audience authenticity — public profile, real posts, comments that look like people, no obvious bought-follower patterns we can see from the outside.
- Niche overlap — youth / family e-moto or adjacent outdoor ride product, not only generic lifestyle.
- Posting consistency — recent posts we can watch, not a profile that went quiet a year ago.
- Country / region — whether we can ship and support you on this campaign.
- Brand safety — content around kids must be supervised and non-dangerous; we avoid accounts that glamorize unsafe riding or ignore local road rules.
- Contactability — the email publicly shown on the official social profile, and a WhatsApp we can reach. Other emails are not accepted.
Follower counts (no fake hard minimum on this page)
具体粉丝门槛以当期审核为准 / Follower thresholds are decided per campaign after review. We do not publish a single public number that guarantees approval. If we quote a range in outreach, treat it as an example: typically X+ with a relevant audience — final decision after review. A smaller, highly overlapping account can beat a larger off-niche account.
6. How to apply (step by step)
The path is the same whether someone from our team invited you or you found the Hub yourself. Do not skip the profile: an empty account cannot be reviewed.
01
Step 1 — Register
Open Creator self-registration on this Hub. Use the email publicly shown on your official social profile. Other emails are not accepted. Choose a display name that matches how you appear on social (or your real name if you prefer). Password minimum is 6 characters.
02
Step 2 — Sign in and confirm you can access the account
After registration you should land in the portal (profile). If email reset is configured, you can use Forgot password. If you cannot get in, write to the ops contact you already have — do not create a second account with a different email unless asked.
03
Step 3 — Complete your profile
This is the application. Fill in every field we use for review:
- Social platform and handle (TikTok / Instagram / YouTube as applicable). You do not enter a profile link.
- You do not enter follower or subscriber counts.
- Country / region and a shipping address (you can refine the address later; country should be honest now).
- Niche / content direction in your own words (youth e-moto, family trail, unboxing, etc.).
- WhatsApp number with country code. The contact email must be the one displayed on your official account page.
- Optional screenshots that show that email on the official account, so we can see the account is yours. Not a government ID.
04
Step 4 — Save and submit for review
Save draft keeps an unfinished profile out of review. Submit checks the required fields, shows a summary, and sends the profile for review only after you confirm.
05
Step 5 — Wait for review
Review time varies with volume and how complete your links are. Typical working range: several business days to a couple of weeks — not a guaranteed SLA. Please do not send a new “free bike?” message every day; one WhatsApp or email follow-up after a week is enough.
06
Step 6 — Outcome and follow-up
Ops will follow up in the Hub and/or WhatsApp / email. You will land in one of the outcomes below.
Possible outcomes
- Approved to continue — you can use portal features that apply to your path (sample application, tasks, affiliate, livestream). Approval still does not guarantee a free bike will ship.
- Need more info — broken links, missing WhatsApp, private account, or unclear niche. Update the profile and reply; do not open a duplicate account.
- Not a fit for now — often off-niche, geography we cannot support this cycle, or brand-safety concerns. You may reapply later if your content changes (see FAQ).
7. After approval — what the portal actually does
Approved creators do not receive everything at once. Features unlock as ops and your path require them. Below is what each area is for — worded as “you may,” not “you will.”
Sample bike application
When sample applications are open for your account, you pick a model, write a short pitch, and outline a content plan. Submitting an application is a request. It is not a shipping confirmation, a transfer of ownership, or a promise that stock is reserved.
- Ops may approve, ask for a different model, ask for more plan detail, or decline that request.
- Shipping stays blocked until any required in-app agreement is signed.
- You will see status on the Samples and Orders pages rather than guessing from a chat screenshot.
In-app agreement
Ops sends Agreement A (product seeding) or Agreement B (discounted purchase). You cannot pick a third bike contract, and Hub does not invite pure affiliate creators. Sign in the Hub: read the English contract, accept the checkbox, type your legal name, and draw a handwritten signature. Agreement A commits you to Exhibit A tasks; title transfers only after Brand approves all of them. Agreement B includes the promo code and the Track 1 OR Track 2 refund. If you disagree, return the invite with notes; ops edits and re-sends a new version. The exact terms are the English text you sign, not this guide.
Content tasks and deliverables
Tasks are the work you agreed to: unboxing, ride clips, group photos, reviews, and similar. You claim or receive a sequence, submit proof URLs / notes, and wait for review. Later tasks may stay locked until earlier ones pass. Do not assume a task is “done” until ops marks it.
Affiliate
Affiliate enrollment may be created when a sample application is approved (auto-enroll in the current Hub workflow). Codes and tracked posts are managed on the Affiliate page. Metrics in early Hub versions may be stubs until commerce is fully wired — ops will tell you what is live.
Livestream rewards
You may apply for livestream rewards with a title, pitch, and planned date. Approval and any reward (type / value) are decided per application. Going live without an approved application does not create a payment obligation.
How ops will contact you
Day-to-day coordination is usually WhatsApp (number from your profile) and email. Hub status is the source of truth for applications, agreements, and shipping. If chat and Hub disagree, ask ops to update the Hub — do not ship or post based on a vague emoji reply.
8. Product seeding (Agreement A — title after Brand approves Exhibit A)
Agreement A may ship one sample vehicle. It is not a prize for registering and not something owed because you messaged first. It is not a loan and not an unconditional gift.
How sample requests work
- Only apply for a model you can film for the Exhibit A tasks on an Agreement A invite.
- Your pitch should say who rides and which tasks you can actually post — not only “send free bike.”
- Stock, color, and voltage variants are operational decisions. We may substitute or wait.
- Address and ID confirmation may be required after approval and before shipping (fields unlock in Profile when applicable).
- Customs, inbound fees, and any deposit follow the signed Agreement A. Agreement A is conditional possession until every Exhibit A task is Brand-approved. It is not a loan and not an unconditional gift.
- Until title transfers, keep the bike in usable condition and do not sell, pledge, or dismantle it. If Exhibit A is missed, Brand may require transfer or return under Agreement A.
- Do not sell, raffle, or heavily modify the bike before gift/title. After gift, ordinary use is yours; ad-license on the accepted videos still stands.
- Lost, seized, or damaged bikes before title transfer must be reported promptly. Next steps follow the signed Agreement A.
After the bike arrives (Agreement A)
- Exhibit A on the invite is the task list. Those rows become your Hub tasks when you sign.
- The clock starts on the verified delivery date.
- Every Exhibit A task must meet Brand review standards and stay public for the duration the task requires.
- Submit public proof URLs on Tasks. Ops reviews them. The Hub does not auto-crawl posts.
- Tag the Brand handle and disclose the sample relationship where the platform requires it. Keep youth riding supervised.
- Title transfers only after Brand approves every Exhibit A task in writing.
- If tasks are missed, Brand may direct a transfer, a return, or an invoice, as Agreement A states.
Timelines
Hub review, Agreement A signing, packing, freight, and customs have no single public SLA. The Exhibit A clock starts on verified delivery. Title transfers only after Brand approves every task. If something slips, tell ops — do not go silent.
9. Reminders and chase messages (催进)
If you signed Agreement A and have not submitted Exhibit A proof, the Hub may send reminders. Signing is consent to receive them. The task list is the invite, not a separate contract.
- Unboxing task still open after the invite time → reminder to submit proof.
- Review task still open after the invite time → reminder to submit proof.
- Reminder to submit proof URLs on Tasks when Exhibit A is behind the invite pace.
- Open Exhibit A tasks near the invite deadline → a stronger reminder. Title waits until every task is Brand-approved.
Ops can also send a manual chase from the admin Tasks list (盯任务 / review / ops).
10. What we generally do not offer on first contact
Please read this before sending “hi, send bike + rate card.” It saves both sides a loop.
- No guaranteed free bike because you registered or sent a first WhatsApp.
- No guaranteed paid placement or rate-card deal before we have reviewed your profile and fit.
- No obligation to match another brand’s gift or cash offer.
- No shipping to an address we cannot support, or to a third party we have not verified.
- No public “everyone who applies gets a bike” campaign on this Hub.
11. Content and brand guidelines
These are program expectations, not a substitute for your local law. If law and this page differ, follow the law and tell ops.
Youth audience and riding safety
- An adult must supervise child riders on camera. Do not film stunts, public-road racing, or reckless tricks with kids.
- Use helmets and basic protective gear appropriate to the rider and terrain. Say so on camera when it is natural.
- Do not present a youth e-moto as a street-legal motorcycle if it is not. Stay accurate about intended use (off-road / private property / local rules).
- Stop filming if a ride is unsafe. We would rather have a late video than a dangerous one.
Honest reviews
- You may mention downsides you actually experienced (range, size, assembly time). Do not invent defects or fake praise.
- Do not hide that you received a sample or other consideration when the platform or local advertising rules require a disclosure.
- Do not attach CEMOTO to unrelated political or hateful content.
Disclosures
Use the disclosure format your platform and country expect (for example gifted, #ad, paid partnership). We do not provide legal advice; if you are unsure, ask your own counsel and tell ops what you will show on screen.
12. Frequently asked questions
- How long does review take?
- There is no guaranteed SLA. Complete profiles with public links are usually reviewed in several business days to a couple of weeks. Incomplete profiles wait longer. One polite follow-up after a week is fine.
- Can dealers, shops, or distributors apply?
- This Hub is for creator / KOL collaborations, not wholesale onboarding. If you are a dealer, contact the commercial / distribution channel you already use for CEMOTORIDE. You may still register as a creator if you also make public ride content — say so in your niche field so we do not mix the two paths.
- I have TikTok and YouTube. Do I need both?
- Add every public account we should review. TikTok is preferred; Instagram and YouTube are welcome. Multiple platforms help; they do not replace niche fit.
- Which countries do you ship samples to?
- Shipping countries depend on the campaign, stock, and logistics — 以当期审核与物流为准. Put your real country on the profile. If we cannot ship this cycle, ops will say so instead of collecting a fake address.
- Do you support English and Chinese?
- Yes. This Hub has an EN / 中文 toggle. Ops can follow up in English or Chinese. Your content language should match your audience, not this toggle.
- How do I update my profile after I submit?
- Sign in and edit Profile, then save. If ops already asked a question on WhatsApp, reply there as well so the reviewer sees the new links.
- If I am not a fit, can I reapply?
- Yes, after your content or location actually changes — for example you start posting youth e-moto consistently. Update the same account; do not spam new emails. Immediate re-registration without new evidence is still “not a fit.”
- How do I contact the team?
- If you already have a CEMOTO / CEMOTORIDE WhatsApp or email from outreach, use that. After you register, keep WhatsApp and email current on your profile. This page does not publish a personal ops number (those change). Do not use the public store chat as a substitute for Hub registration.
- Is a sample bike free to keep?
- Under Agreement A, title transfers only after Brand approves every Exhibit A task. Until then you have conditional possession. Shipment is not an unconditional gift and not a loan. Do not sell the bike before title transfers. Agreement B is a discounted purchase with a Track 1 or Track 2 refund, not a gift.
- Will you pay my rate card before seeing my account?
- No. Paid work, if any, comes after review and a specific brief. First contact is for fit and registration, not a guaranteed buyout.
- What exactly do I owe if I receive a sample bike?
- Agreement A: complete every task on Exhibit A (the invite task table). Title transfers only after Brand approves all of them. Agreement B: six Brand-approved videos within 45 days of delivery, or ten verified sales within 60 days of the effective date. Either track refunds the discounted price; neither means the purchase is final.
- Does WhatsApp or registration sign Agreement A or B?
- No. Agreement A or B starts only when ops sends that invite and you sign it in the Hub. Pure affiliate enrollment is outside this Hub.
- Will you message me if I am late on sample content?
- Yes, if you have a signed Agreement A and open Exhibit A tasks. Reminders ask you to submit proof on Tasks. Title still transfers only after Brand approves every task. In-app and/or email first; WhatsApp if a number is on your profile. Automated chase is capped at 1 per milestone per 48 hours.
Ready to apply?
Register on this Hub, complete your profile, and wait for review. If you only wanted to read the rules, you can return home — nothing is submitted until you create an account and save a profile.
